Project Manager - Roads & Bridges

Job description

Overall planning, coordination, execution and delivery of bridge and transportation infrastructure works. Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project scope, quality, schedule, budget and safety objectives. Coordinate activities among design consultants, construction teams, contractors and authorities. Manage contracts and commercial aspects in line with FIDIC standards. Monitor schedules, identify risks and implement recovery plans. Manage stakeholders and client communications and provide regular reporting. Lead and develop project teams while ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management or MBA preferred
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) advantageous
• minimum 20 years experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects
• minimum 10 years experience in Project Management roles for bridge and transportation infrastructure
• experience delivering projects valued at USD 100 Million+
• prior experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC infrastructure projects preferred
• experience in consulting, PMC, client-side or major contractor organizations desirable
