Job Title: Building Supervisor in a residential building in Al-Arid district, Riyadh. Description: We are seeking a Building Supervisor to work in a residential building in Al-Arid district, Riyadh. Responsibilities: Oversee the management of rental contracts and follow up on their renewal and expiration. Follow up on rent collection and coordinate regarding financial entitlements. Oversee the maintenance of the building and public facilities, and follow up on routine and emergency maintenance work. Follow up on cleaning, security, and services provided to the building. Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure the quality of work and speed of completion. Oversee facilities and ensure the safety of the building and preservation of its assets. Prepare periodic reports on the condition of the building, contracts, maintenance, and expenses. Follow up on all operational and administrative work related to the property

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or building supervision
• Ability to organize, follow up, and solve problems
• Commitment, seriousness, good dealing, and responsibility
• Familiarity with contract management and maintenance work follow-up
