DevOps Engineer

Focus on improving scalability, robustness and automation of tools and processes while expanding capabilities for new features. Own deployment and optimization of production systems and ensure support tools enable continuous integration, testing and production deployment. Contribute to web development, API development, database communication, performance and security, ensuring systems are operational, visible and designed for auto‑recovery in case of disaster. Responsible for end‑to‑end development and production operations including maintenance, monitoring, notifications, automation and performance improvement. Propose new technologies and tools, collaborate with project, product, tech and QA teams. Continuously improve DevOps tools, processes and procedures, build and maintain infrastructure for Production, QA and Development environments. Develop and maintain CI/CD systems, deploy automation solutions in public clouds such as AWS, and participate in design, implementation and maintenance of cloud stack. Write infrastructure documentation, work with third‑party vendors to resolve issues, and demonstrate a track record of building and maintaining large‑scale SaaS applications with high uptime.

Requirements

• Experience handling high‑traffic production systems, troubleshooting, automation and regular operations
• Proficiency with web development technologies and build/deployment exposure
• Experience with CI/CD mechanisms using Jenkins, Nexus, Docker Registry, Gitlab, Ansible or Terraform
• Good knowledge of SaaS, cloud infrastructure and enterprise technologies (AWS)
• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python)
• Strong knowledge of Unix‑based systems
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Proficiency with deployment and configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Familiarity with micro‑service architecture and distributed systems concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years experience as Senior DevOps Engineer
• Preferred experience in GCP
• Preferred AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional certification
• Preferred Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification.
