Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field
• 6–10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
• hands‑on production delivery experience scaling live environments
• preferred experience in government, heavily regulated or complex enterprise sectors
• deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering and secure pipeline patterns
• proficient in agent pool configuration
• advanced branching strategies
• strong hands‑on containerization and orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift
• practical infrastructure automation skills with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible)
• Linux administration and scripting
• familiarity with enterprise artifact and dependency management (JFrog Artifactory) and third‑party library handling
• analytical capability to implement secure application pipelines using Fortify SCA, HashiCorp Vault secrets, Sigstore/SecurEnvoy MFA setups
• excellent communication
• coaching mindset
• cross‑team collaboration (Developers, Security, QA)
• high ownership and accountability.
