Senior BPMS / IBM BAW Support Engineer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior BPMS / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Support Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise Business Process Management and workflow applications. The role ensures availability, stability, and performance of mission-critical solutions built on IBM BAW and IBM WebSphere Application Server. As part of a 24x7 production support team, the engineer leads incident resolution, monitors application health, troubleshoots complex workflow issues, and collaborates with development, middleware, infrastructure, and business teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Application Production Support
• 4+ years supporting IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM
• proficient in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration
• knowledge of IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Administration
• knowledge of IBM BPM / BAW Runtime Support
• proficient in Process Server & Process Center Administration
• proficient in Workflow and Business Process Monitoring
• experience in JVM Performance Analysis and Thread Dump & Heap Dump Analysis
• proficient in Application Performance Monitoring and Log Analysis
• proficient in Linux Administration
• proficient in SSL Certificate Management
• proficient in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD support
• familiarity with Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics or equivalent
• experience with IBM z/Linux hosting environment
• banking or financial services experience preferred.
