Job Summary: We are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to support our Saudi Arabia Programs portfolio. This is a seasoned professional contributor role with advanced knowledge of program finance, financial planning and analysis, and indirect cost rate management. Responsibilities include: leading preparation of weekly and monthly program financial reports, owning monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasting, leading quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) development, performing detailed variance analysis, and coaching junior finance professionals.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- demonstrated experience in program financial analysis, EAC development, or cost controls
- experience with indirect cost rate structures
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
