Logistics Project Manager

Job description

The Logistics Project Manager is responsible for managing logistics-related activities and projects for the SEC 2 Bulk Program to meet business fulfillment requirements. Leads KSA logistics activities from POI to site based on DDP incoterms. Accountable for logistics scope from factories to DDP delivery location. Assists in operational and financial KPIs, such as deflation, EAC, $/kg, demerges, premium charges, etc. Responsible for interfacing all logistics matters with customers, claims, and insurance claims. Key Responsibilities: Primary interface with customers and business teams for developing and managing logistics plans, principal lead for managing OTR activities, technical and operational interface between customers and project managers.

Requirements

• College or university degree or equivalent experience, minimum 6 years work experience in logistics, with specific focus on energy projects in Saudi Arabia, experience interfacing with customs teams and brokers, proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and forwarders across the globe, fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written), applicants must have the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
• proficient communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities, Integrated Management Systems knowledge (pref. SAP, ORACLE), mentoring or training abilities, LEAN Principles experience is preferred, self-disciplined and defining functional goals in accordance with our contract objectives, proficiency in Microsoft Office
