Customer Delivery Architect - Splunk Security

Join the employer Professional Services Security practice, a team of architects and consultants helping enterprise customers expand their investment in the employer's security portfolio, especially Splunk SIEM, SOAR, and AI-driven security operations. Manage projects from discovery and design through implementation and ongoing operations. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to refine delivery methods and internal tools, ensuring optimal results. As a Splunk Security Architect, provide technical leadership and innovation within the Splunk ecosystem, act as a trusted advisor for multi-functional security initiatives at regional and global scale, plan and deliver tailored Splunk solutions, guide senior customer leaders in security adoption, optimize threat detection and response, and synthesize security trends to influence product direction and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree plus equivalent experience (8+ years)
• Expert-level Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Certified Consultant) or equivalent security certification
• Experience in customer-facing advisory roles defining scope, effort estimates, and statements of work
• Experience leading sophisticated multi-functional consulting or engineering security projects
• Deep technical expertise in the Splunk platform with ability to drive security adoption and customer outcomes
• Advanced automation, SOAR orchestration, and AI-driven security operations skills
• Ability to mentor and develop talent across technical consulting teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with experience representing technical expertise at industry events
• Hybrid full-time work
