Job description

This position is based in Riyadh within the Core Diagnostics division at the employer, a company empowering smarter medical and economic decision-making. The role involves working as an experienced individual contributor under limited supervision in Medical Device Field Service. Responsibilities include technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements based on customer specifications, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solution recommendations, assessing product needs, conducting technical training and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives, and serving as a local on-site representative. This role requires 100% travel time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Professional license from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Experienced professional individual contributor working under limited supervision
• Subject matter knowledge and experience in Medical Device Field Service
• Capacity to apply skills and knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements
• Well-developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical problems and determining technical solutions
