Interface Manager

Job description

The role includes managing, coordinating, and controlling all artistic, construction, and operational interfaces, stakeholders, facilities, and systems. A crucial role to ensure seamless integration between bridge structures, road works, utility diversions, traffic management systems, public realm components, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders. Tasks include developing an interface management plan and enhancing effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Project Management, Infrastructure Management, or Engineering Management preferred
• Project Management certification or equivalent desirable
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution preferred
• At least 12-15 years of experience in large transportation and infrastructure projects
• Experience in interface management, project coordination, or design and build integration
• Extensive experience in interface management on large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries desirable
• Strong stakeholder and interface management skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, stakeholders, and project portfolios simultaneously
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
