Overview: the employer is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing technical leadership and supervision of all road, highway, and infrastructure works. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating road engineering, pavement designs, drainage systems, utility coordination, and traffic management plans. Additionally, the Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and construction teams, conduct regular site inspections, and oversee earthworks, asphalt, concrete, drainage, and road-related infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• experience
• proficiency in programs such as Civil 3D, MX Road, or OpenRoads, with familiarity with pavement design tools
• good understanding of traffic management, site safety practices, and construction sequencing
• strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
