Construction Manager

Job description

Job Description: The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high-end building projects in Umluj, KSA (remote location), ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include: planning, organizing, and managing construction activities, supervising site operations, coordinating with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors, monitoring progress, and resolving technical or operational issues on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Proven experience in managing building projects in KSA
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• 5+ years of experience
