Maintenance Technician

Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be at the core of the employer, making people's lives easier by ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance, and promoting proactive on-site communication with customers and equipment users. You will perform regular maintenance checks and tasks, respond to call‑outs, manage customer relationships, report work in real time, ensure equipment safety, identify site risks and take immediate action following escalation procedures. You will also execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and service repairs, keep service tools and van in good condition, and raise sales leads to your supervisor.

Requirements

• ITI/Vocational Certificate or Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent
• proficient verbal and written English communication
• proficient basic IT skills
• proficient basic digital foundation skills
• minimum 5 years solid preventive maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company
