Job description

Job Summary: Country business head accountable for the Trust and Securities Services franchise in Saudi Arabia, with responsibility for P&L, client strategy, regulatory and market engagement, and delivery of the local business plan aligned to regional and global objectives. Key Responsibilities: Own the P&L for the local TSS book of accounts, lead the local team, manage key client relationships, deliver monthly/quarterly/annual MIS and executive updates, serve as local point of contact with regulators and authorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years overall experience, of which at least 5 years will have been within the securities services, post trade business
• In depth knowledge of the clearing and settlement, global custody, fund administration processes
• Ability to work to critical deadlines and to manage priorities with internal key stakeholders
• Possess skill for Relationship management, ability to work as a team member, ability to use IT systems
• English with Arabic language skills will be advantageous
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
