Job description
Supervises and manages road construction activities including earthworks, pavement layers, drainage, utilities, and traffic diversions. Ensures compliance with specifications and quality standards. Supervises daily road works: excavation, subgrade, GSB, sub‑base, asphalt. Reviews drawings and ensures correct site implementation. Coordinates activities with survey, QA/QC, and safety teams. Monitors material quality, equipment usage, and production rates. Reports daily progress and highlights technical issues. Assists with traffic management and temporary diversions. Ensures compliance with AASHTO, ASTM, and project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years road construction supervision experience
- strong understanding of pavement materials, grading, and compaction standards
- familiarity with surveying and drainage installation
