Project Manager - Roads & Bridges

Job description

The role involves planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering bridge and transportation infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, approved budgets, project schedules, quality standards, HSE requirements, and client expectations. Responsibilities include planning, execution, management, monitoring, directing, coordinating, and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline · Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or MBA is highly desirable · PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred · Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent registration is highly advantageous · Minimum 15 years of experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects · Minimum 8 years in Project Management roles involving bridge and transportation infrastructure delivery · Experience delivering projects valued at USD 100 Million+ · Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred · Experience within consultant, PMC, client-side, or major contractor organizations is desirable · Strong project leadership and team management · Excellent stakeholder and client management skills · Advanced planning and programme management capabilities · Commercial and contractual awareness · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Effective risk and change management skills · Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
