Senior Structural / Bridges Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Bridges Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of bridge engineering experience, specializing in the design, site supervision, and delivery of steel bridge structures for major transportation and urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the RCRC Bridges Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the planning, design, technical coordination, construction supervision, and delivery of complex bridge and highway infrastructure works. Responsibilities include leading the design, analysis, and delivery of steel bridge structures, developing innovative and practical bridge engineering solutions for complex urban transportation corridors, and coordinating bridge designs with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge engineering
• Proficient in bridge analysis and design software such as MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, RM Bridge, or SOFiSTiK
• Experience with international bridge design standards and Saudi regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience delivering bridge projects within Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC region
• Strong knowledge of bridge design and construction supervision
• Professional Engineering Chartership or equivalent accreditation is desirable
