Landscape Inspector - Roads & Bridges

Job description

Oversee landscape and public realm works for projects. Inspect and monitor landscape installations according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Verify construction quality and workmanship. Ensure work follows project schedules and approved methods. Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, issues, and non‑conformances. Ensure proper integration of landscaping with bridge and road infrastructure and monitor interface areas. Monitor installation and testing of irrigation networks and verify compliance with specifications and sustainability goals. Ensure compliance with environmental and client sustainability requirements, including water‑efficient solutions and proper site housekeeping. Review inspection requests, verify material submittals, maintain records, reports, and photos. Identify non‑conforming work and track corrective actions. Support quality audits, attend progress and coordination meetings, and assist in resolving technical issues. Ensure landscape activities meet HSE requirements, promote safe practices, and participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• professional certification in landscape construction, horticulture, or irrigation systems preferred
• minimum 5-8 years experience in landscape inspection and construction supervision
• minimum 3 years experience on infrastructure, transportation, or urban development projects
• prior GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience highly desirable
• experience working with engineering consultants, PMCs, or major contractors preferred
