Job description
The Branch Manager at JD Logistics oversees daily service outlet operations, leads teams and drives market expansion. Develops annual plans and budgets, monitors KPIs such as on‑time delivery rates. Ensures compliance, handles emergencies and builds relationships with local communities and government bodies. Oversees day‑to‑day logistics including inbound/outbound shipments, last‑mile delivery and returns. Coordinates with HR, Finance, Fleet and Customer Service for smooth station operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or management
- 2+ years experience in operations management
- experience leading teams of 10+ members
- knowledge of cross‑border e‑commerce or Middle East market is a plus
- proficiency in English and Arabic
- ability to forecast volume and staffing needs
- effective staff utilization to reduce labor cost
- on‑time reporting and attendance tracking
- manage, train and supervise station staff
- improve coordination with HR, Finance, Fleet and Customer Service departments
