Principal Technical Deployment Strategist, Arabic Speaking

Job description

Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle from identification to consumption. Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy, run design workshops and jobs‑to‑be‑done analysis. Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication and risk escalation. Own adoption, consumption and measurable value realization. Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution. Develop solutions using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and Vibes. Serve as primary customer contact, presenting business value to senior stakeholders. Assess AI readiness and guide change management. Translate field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS
• degree in Computer Science or related field
• prior customer‑facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory)
• understanding of the the employer platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud
• working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex
• ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end‑to‑end with measurable outcomes
• experience designing AI/LLM solutions, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practices
• strong project and programme management skills
• ability to travel to customer sites
• business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English
• experience with the employer Data Cloud, Agentforce platform and the employer CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• experience deploying AI solutions in regulated industries
• relevant platform certifications (e.g., the employer Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or comparable certifications
• background in change management, organisational design or enterprise transformation
• knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG and model evaluation frameworks
• a get‑things‑done mindset with strong bias for action.
