Senior FM Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer

Job description

The role focuses on developing facility management policies, standards and guidelines to strengthen operational consistency and governance. • Develop and maintain FM policy, standard and technical guideline documents. • Review engineering submissions for compliance with FM standards and best practices. • Provide technical guidance on FM governance, procedures and operational standards. • Support audits and gap assessments for FM policy implementation. • Coordinate with stakeholders to align FM requirements across projects and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management or a related field
• 5+ years experience in facility management standards or engineering governance
• strong knowledge of FM policies, compliance frameworks and operational best practices
• experience reviewing technical documents, engineering submissions and audit findings
• experience producing technical written documentation across complex projects
• experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex projects
