Join the employer Investment Company as a Commercial Director – Commercial and Reporting. You will lead the commercial and reporting functions of our groundbreaking projects, providing critical insights to optimize operational effectiveness and align with business objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability; prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making; collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management; establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project and operational performance; ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies; conduct market analysis to identify revenue opportunities and cost savings; build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners; lead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• at least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting within the Construction or Development sectors
• proven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiatives
• strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• proficient in financial management software and ERP systems
• adept at team leadership and fostering professional growth within team members.
