Field Service Supervisor - BMS Services

Job description

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of service technicians for facilities management contracts or large service sites, ensuring the employer meets contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations while being 100% chargeable as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include developing skills, information and management discipline to deliver services on time at planned gross margins, leveraging HBS tools, processes and best practices. The supervisor is accountable for the team’s financial and productivity metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of related support services experience in the employer or a related industry
• 3-5 years supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team
• proficient financial skills to understand contract-level data and take corrective actions
• proficient operational analysis to obtain information, identify trends and cause-effect relationships
