Senior Project Manager - Landscape

Job description

the employer is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Landscape for Riyadh. Responsibilities: lead the overall planning, management, coordination, and delivery of complex landscape architecture and public realm projects from concept through construction administration and closeout. Develop and maintain project execution plans, delivery strategies, programmes, and resource plans. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and contractual deliverables. Lead multidisciplinary teams of landscape architects, urban designers, architects, engineers, BIM specialists, and technical consultants. Coordinate closely with Project Directors and Discipline Leads to set priorities, resource requirements, and key milestones. Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact, build strong collaborative relationships, and lead meetings and presentations. Monitor project programmes, critical milestones, and resources, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Project Management or Construction Management (highly desirable)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
• chartered or professional registration in a recognized architecture, engineering, construction or project management institution (advantageous)
