It leads client relationships with transport authorities, municipalities, regulators and private developers and represents the firm at industry forums and conferences. It directs bid strategies, opportunity pipeline management and CRM usage. It collaborates with design, engineering, project management and construction supervision teams to ensure successful delivery. It owns market P&L, sales forecasts, margin performance, commercial risk assessment and regulatory compliance. It provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation

Requirements

• 25+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi roads and highways market
• Understanding of government procurement frameworks
• Proficient in road and highway design, engineering, project management and construction supervision
• Experience in business development and proposal strategies
• Proficient with CRM tools
• Proficient in P&L management and commercial risk evaluation
• Proficient leadership of multidisciplinary teams
