The Associate Director – Capital Markets role blends technical financial expertise with client-facing responsibilities in commercial real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include: financial modeling and analysis for CRE transactions; preparing information memorandums and marketing materials; market research and intelligence gathering; cash flow analysis and valuations; business development through networking and assessing client needs with proposal development; managing transaction processes from origination to close; regular client interactions via calls, meetings, and site visits; deal structuring such as joint development, joint ventures, asset sales, and redevelopment; coordinating due diligence; supporting negotiations and deal execution; identifying targets for transactions.

Requirements

• MBA Finance, CA, or CFA qualification
• 3-7 years experience in investment banking or transaction services
• preferred experience in real estate and/or logistics/industrial sector
• advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• strong financial modeling capabilities
• excellent presentation and communication skills
• business development and networking abilities
• understanding of corporate law (beneficial)
• 50%+ travel for deal activities, site visits, and client meetings
