Account Receivable Manager - Healthcare

Job description

Broad and highly influential finance leadership role that blends strong financial governance with forward‑looking commercial insight. Responsible for end‑to‑end accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application, trade finance and strategic customer accounts across Saudi Arabia. Advise senior stakeholders, strengthen financial processes and controls, and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations supporting confident decisions, healthy cash flow and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• valid SOCPA membership
• at least 10 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, credit management or collections
• proven experience establishing, developing or transforming a finance or accounting function
• prior experience in healthcare, medical devices or life sciences, preferably diagnostics
• practical experience with OTL and GPRR processes and related accounting requirements
• strong experience managing NUPCO, MOH, distributors and major customer accounts in Saudi Arabia
• solid understanding of Saudi financial practices, customer‑contract requirements and credit‑management processes
• currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for sponsorship transfer
• collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• proven ability to build effective relationships with NUPCO and other external stakeholders
• ability to adapt positively in a changing business environment
• action‑ and results‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• strong critical‑thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• strong process mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• confident in managing complex customer relationships, disputes and collection challenges
• high level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail
• ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and turn financial insights into practical business actions.
