Compliance Manager

Job description

The Compliance Manager will centralize oversight of SOX activities, control monitoring, and audit coordination. Ensures timely remediation of findings and strengthens internal controls over financial reporting. Enhances audit readiness, reduces compliance risks, and supports a robust, consistent compliance framework aligned with internal expectations. The hire will be part of Shared Services with cost allocated across four OPCOs.
