MOH Tender Support Specialist (Al Qassim & HAIL)

Job description

Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries with MOH medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses across the kingdom. Assist the Bid Manager and team in creating ASN in the INUPCO system and ensure appointment awareness. Be present at deliveries to confirm receipt of goods from MOH medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses. Visit medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries in the territory. Schedule appointments with all medical supplies in the area before each quarter ends to meet NUPCO tender revenue targets. Collaborate with area team members to achieve financial targets by coordinating with the Riyadh warehouse and area operation team for smooth delivery of MOH orders and marketplace purchase orders. Follow up on NUPCO files across medical supplies to ensure invoices are processed for payment. Build relationships with personnel receiving NUPCO shipments under the new operation. Understand new NUPCO operation requirements and lead their fulfillment. Coordinate with Riyadh warehouse team to place stickers on reagents. Knowledge of distributing items to regions and managing inventory with CSR team to place purchase orders in Oracle. Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision‑makers in major accounts to ensure Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice. Assist Finance with collection issues. Perform other assigned tasks, including collection and government‑related duties.

Requirements

• Proficient with INUPCO system
• experienced in creating ASN

• ability to build relationships with customers and decision‑makers
• experience assisting finance with collections
