Job description

Lead and manage the design team and ensure the quality of design outputs. Preparing and following up on the project schedule. Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors. Review and approve drawings and technical documents. Ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets. Applying local and international codes and standards. Managing design changes and risks. Preparing and presenting design presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• and above
• Strong experience in finishing projects (hotels / offices / commercial complexes / luxury villas)
• Proven experience managing design teams and projects
• Proficiency in using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, SketchUp or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Codes & Standards and BIM systems
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project
