At least 10 years of experience in the field of Business Analysis. Proven experience in leading and managing teams of Business Analysts within major projects. Experience working on transformation projects and complex institutional projects. Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and stakeholder management. Ability to lead a business analysis team, distribute tasks, review the quality of outputs and monitor team performance. Excellent communication, coordination, reporting and presentation skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English. *

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• experience of at least 10 years in business analysis
• experience leading and managing business analyst teams
• experience in transformation and complex enterprise projects
• proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements and stakeholder management
• proficiency in Arabic and English
• excellent communication, coordination, reporting and presentation skills
