Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field · 7-10 years of experience in heavy industries such as mining, mineral processing, cement, or industrial manufacturing · 3-5 years of supervisory experience leading maintenance teams · Proficient in Raymond Mills & Grinding Mills
• Crushers & Screening Systems
• Conveyor Systems
• Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes & Rotating Equipment
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
• Forklifts, Wheel Loaders & Diesel Engines
• Industrial Electrical Systems (Motors, MCC, VFD)
• Welding & Fabrication
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• CMMS
• Spare Parts Planning & Inventory Control
• Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
• Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills
• Commitment to Safety Standards (LOTO, Permit to Work, Fire Safety)
