Anoosh is a distinguished Saudi brand specializing in luxury chocolates, daily baked goods and special gifts for hospitality and events. Founded in 2003 by Abdullah Al-Munif, its first branch was in Khurais Plaza, Riyadh. It has grown into a chain of 75 branches across the Kingdom with an approximate annual growth rate of 20%. We are seeking a professional and decisive Branch Supervisor to join our team in Medina. The supervisor will oversee daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service; lead and manage branch staff including training and performance evaluation; ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures; supervise cash management and security protocols; develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve branch performance; resolve complex customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction; analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvements; collaborate with other departments to enhance branch efficiency and productivity; promote the company's products and services to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
