Iaas is seeking an experienced Civil Projects Engineer to join its teams in Riyadh or Najran. Key responsibilities include on‑site supervision, managing work crews and subcontractors, mastering the reading and analysis of engineering drawings, contributing to design work and preparing pricing proposals, ensuring quality and safety standards, and reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Proficient in on‑site supervision
• proficient in managing work crews and subcontractors
• proficient in reading, understanding and analyzing engineering drawings
• proficient in civil design work
• proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD) and project management tools
• 3 to 5 years experience in construction projects
