Sr. Site Supervision Engineer (Aviation Exp)

Job description

The Senior Site Supervision Engineer manages and oversees daily construction activities for an aviation project. Responsibilities include contractor oversight, site coordination, progress monitoring, quality control, and ensuring safe delivery in line with approved designs and specifications. Provides technical leadership on‑site, manages contractor execution, and ensures seamless coordination across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines while collaborating with HSE and QA/QC teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or related field
• minimum 15 years of construction and site supervision experience
• proven experience on aviation/airport projects
• demonstrated experience in construction management and site management overseeing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, quality management and HSE requirements
• strong knowledge of contracts, specifications, drawings and technical documentation
• sound working knowledge of MEP systems and interdisciplinary coordination
• familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
• familiarity with international codes and quality standards
• solid understanding of aviation facility technical standards and civil aviation regulatory compliance
• proficiency in site management tools, Revit, AutoCAD, Aconex and MS Office
• strong leadership, conflict‑resolution and site coordination skills
• excellent written and verbal English communication
• Arabic language skills a plus
• excellent communication, coordination, reporting and problem‑solving skills
• ability to manage multiple contractors, interfaces and priorities
• excellent analytical and detail‑oriented problem‑solving abilities
• understanding of sustainable construction practices
• PMP certification a plus
• ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
