The role enhances Ma'aden's innovation pipeline by transforming external research and technological advances into scalable solutions that improve resource recovery, exploration performance, process efficiency, environmental and production outcomes. Through strategic partnerships and technology implementation, innovations can be adopted faster to support the organization's priorities and future growth. By building a globally connected innovation network and offering technology commercialization opportunities, the role strengthens Ma'aden's position as a leading mining and metals organization with access to world-class research, emerging technologies and strategic development partnerships. Key tasks include building and catalyzing strategic relationships with universities, research institutes, technology providers, start-ups and mining innovation organisations. Develop and modernize an emerging technology pipeline geared toward goals of sustainability, resource growth and operational excellence. Providing forward-looking intelligence on industry trends, technologies of concern, competitive developments and innovation opportunities. Develop and maintain innovative technologies and solutions to meet strategic challenges For business and operations. Lead pilot programs, feasibility studies, pilot programs and validation programs to confirm technical and commercial value. Ensure that research findings are scalable, practical and capable of successful operational integration
