• at least 1 year of customer‑facing experience
• minimum height 160 cm and arm reach 212 cm
• fluent English
• additional language skills welcome
• confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices
• professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings
• meet Saudi employment visa requirements
