Electrical Inspector (Electrical/ICT)

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. The inspector will ensure safety, quality, and compliance of electrical installations. Responsibilities include inspecting site electrical works against approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards, supporting the project team in maintaining construction quality, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring timely resolution of electrical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• minimum 10 years experience in electrical/ICT & ELV inspection, preferably in infrastructure and hanger projects
• aviation project experience preferred
• prior experience with a Project Management Consultant (PMC) highly desirable
• strong knowledge of Saudi electrical codes, SEC standards, and international regulations
• good understanding of electrical systems used in infrastructure projects such as street lighting, utility networks, cabling, MV/LV substations, AGL, SAS systems
• strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking, and integrated systems
• strong communication and reporting skills
• ability to work independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment
• proficiency in Saudi Arabian and international electrical codes and standards
• extensive knowledge of electrical & ICT systems and components
• strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• proven experience on construction sites and aviation projects
• expertise in using various testing equipment and inspection tools
• excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• strong written and verbal English communication
• Arabic language skills a plus
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant inspection software
• meticulous attention to detail with strong commitment to safety and quality
• in‑depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards
