ICT/ELV Inspector - (Airport Exp)

Job description

the employer is an international firm active in architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services. We seek an ICT/ELV Inspector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to ensure safety, quality and compliance of ICT/ELV installations. The inspector oversees inspection, testing and commissioning of ICT systems to meet project specifications, standards and regulations. Responsibilities include daily inspections of installations, verification of approved drawings and material submittals, ensuring proper installation of CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm, intrusion, A/V, IPTV, SAS and BMS/SCADA interfaces, monitoring workmanship and safety standards, documenting tests, preparing detailed inspection reports, highlighting non‑conformances and recommending corrective actions, liaising with contractors, consultants and project teams, maintaining accurate records, coordinating functional tests and troubleshooting, raising NCRs, participating in site coordination meetings and performing other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in ICT/ELV systems inspection within large‑scale property or infrastructure projects
• Aviation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking and integrated systems
• Familiarity with international ICT standards and local regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing ICT installations in airport facilities (ICAO, ACI, IEEE, ISO)
• Professional certifications related to ICT systems are an advantage
• Experience with airport infrastructure projects or similar large‑scale construction projects highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic language skills a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant inspection software
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• In‑depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standards.
