Bid Manager - Architecture

The Bid Manager – Architecture plays a key role in securing strategic opportunities across core architectural disciplines in the Middle East. Leads medium and large‑scale bids from kickoff to submission, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and strategic positioning. Manages and leads multi‑disciplinary teams, translating strategic intent into actionable bid plans and collaborating with technical, commercial, legal and creative leads to deliver high‑quality submissions. Requires strong leadership, commercial understanding and the ability to perform under pressure.

Requirements

• Degree in architecture, business, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in tendering, bid management, or project leadership within an architectural or multi‑disciplinary design consultancy
• Proven track record leading complex, high‑value bids
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with good understanding of pricing strategy and governance
• Good understanding of procurement frameworks and pursuit strategy
• Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams
• Skilled in governance and compliance processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids at once
• Proficient in tendering systems, CRM, and workflow tools
