Sr. Structural Engineer

Job description

Join the employer's global team to deliver impactful infrastructure. Lead structural engineering activities across construction and infrastructure projects. Review designs, drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions. Ensure structural works comply with approved designs and standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor quality and ensure project compliance. Provide technical guidance to the structural engineering team. Identify and resolve design and construction challenges. Prepare technical reports and recommendations for project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in structural engineering and construction projects
• Proficient in structural design and site supervision
• Experience working with engineering consultancy firms
• Experience in large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and specifications
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration
• Preferred experience in Saudi/GCC projects
