Responsibilities: Ensure all reservation inquiries are handled professionally and promptly with no loss of business; conduct training for new and existing agents to improve reservation selling skills; handle and resolve guest issues positively to protect revenue and achieve guest satisfaction; develop and maintain department schedule to ensure adequate coverage and high conversion to bookings; track calls using standard conversion sheets and report daily, weekly, and monthly; set and adjust selling strategies across all channels as directed; run reports per hotel and company standards and assist the Revenue Management Director in system changes; maintain administrative procedures per company and hotel standards, including confirming reservations within 24 hours, validating no‑show charges, and managing filing systems; conduct annual reviews and recommend succession plans for staff development to ensure department sustainability; monitor and report on incentive programs ensuring integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management
• working knowledge of Opera
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• minimum 3 years experience in hotels
• luxury hotel or resort background preferred
