The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and memorable first impression by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent in a luxury/ upscale hotel or restaurant preferred
• Experience using restaurant reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, TableCheck, or similar) is an advantage
