Job description

Ensures a clean, comfortable, and welcoming spa environment. Maintains locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms; restocks towels and amenities; offers spa tours and refreshments; assists guests with robes and answers questions; handles basic phone inquiries, bookings, and payment processing; supports therapists and reception staff.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads
• basic knowledge of spa treatments and procedures
• previous 5-star hospitality or spa experience
• positive attitude and team player
• basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• strong physical stamina and reliability
• ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
