What you will do: coach, counsel and discipline team members with constructive feedback; maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, facilities, services, room types, rates and promotions; track daily room counts, arrivals, departures and VIPs; monitor check‑in/check‑out processes and anticipate critical situations; maintain positive guest relations and respond promptly to guest needs at any time.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Duty Manager or similar hotel operations role
• proficiency in Opera PMS and other relevant hotel software applications
• excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• knowledge of additional languages preferred
• strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
