Primary responsibilities include concierge operations, assisting guests with all inquiries, attending shift briefings, maintaining relationships with local service providers, possessing detailed knowledge of city activities and landmarks, managing forms and brochures, consulting log books, handling guest mail and courier services, securing guest keys, and receiving telephone calls. Additional duties involve knowledge of all food and beverage services, fire and safety procedures, attending meetings and trainings, maintaining professional appearance and hygiene, and performing other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
• ability to speak other languages or basic understanding of local languages is an advantage
• good communication and customer contact skills
• service oriented with attention to detail
• ability to work effectively in a team
• self‑motivated and energetic
• well‑presented and professionally groomed at all times
