Assistant Outlet Manager

Job description

Supports and supervises daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and maintain service standards. Responsibilities include preparing the outlet before service, supervising staff, monitoring food and buffet quality, coordinating with kitchen and stewarding, resolving operational issues, training employees, handling guest complaints, enforcing hygiene and safety procedures, controlling costs and equipment use, and preparing daily reports.

Requirements

• Food & Beverage certifications advantage
• minimum 2–3 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a five‑star hotel
• prior supervisory experience preferred
• good English communication skills written and spoken
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and food safety standards
• good communication and leadership skills
• ability to train, guide, and support team members
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
• ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges
• positive attitude, self‑motivation, strong focus on guest satisfaction
• must maintain professional appearance and grooming at all times
