Responsibilities include offering a professional and friendly greeting, assisting guests with food and beverage menu items, adhering to outlet policies and procedures, and following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
• strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• prior experience with Micros or a related system
• advanced proficiency in English
