Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• At least 7 years of experience. Previous experience in a Technical Office is required, some of which must be in major commercial projects
• Complete knowledge of reviewing tender documents and design documents
• The ability to review architectural plans and coordinate between them and various specialties
• Preparing and issuing technical notes and following up with the design consultant until closing
• Strong experience in design review, technical coordination, and blueprint review
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, good BIM experience preferred. Nature of work: The role focuses on reviewing and coordinating designs and plans and providing technical comments to the design consultant, and does not include working within a contractor team or within the site implementation team.
