Sales & Distribution Manager

Job description

The Sales & Distribution Manager is responsible for driving the success of theatrical film releases through forecasting, film booking, release planning, and performance analysis. The role works closely with studios, exhibitors, and internal teams to maximize box office performance, ensure accurate reporting, and manage local censorship requirements and key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the film industry, media, sales, or marketing, preferably at a managerial level
• Strong knowledge of film distribution, exhibition operations, box office performance, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build regional partnerships
• Advanced analytical and presentation skills, including strong Excel proficiency and the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience working with studio reporting systems, distribution tools, third-party agencies, and government entities is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, commercially minded professional who can manage multiple priorities, work flexible hours during major releases, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
